In São Paulo, people prefer cheaper means of transportation than comfortable ones.However, they pass much time in traffic two hours or more.But, the cars,subways and buses any kind os transpotation causes stress.After a long day of work, everbody wants to relax, have dinner with their families and take a shower.But, this normally doesn't happen it.
The stress manifests of various forms causing malaise and diseases,beyond emotional problems.Affects a person's mind in different ways, and can severely hinder their behavior.
As we are always facing pressures, there isn't way to aviod stress.Facing challenges help you to grow and gives puporse to life.The important thing is learning to control stress reactions.The means of combat stress are basically three:
(1) Accept it: Often, it is inevitable to live a stressful situation.In this case, the ability to combat stress is to dicuss the situation with relatives,friends or counselor.Or,looking for a supporting group.
(2) Avoid it: In other cases, to escape from stress, you can and should avoid certain situations.Plan before.If you leave for work early, you can avoid traffic jams, for example.
(3) Modify the stressful situation.There are times when the reaction to a stressful situation is to cahnge it.Maybe you can change the time or the place where it occurs.A good solution is to test situation.Predict what migth happen and imagine what you would do or say.
When a person is stress out you can identify if she/he in a bad mood,nervous,testy,bored among other.Start findind out what is causing the stress.This a list to you consider it.
Now the most important thing is to see how yours basic activities,such as:
a-How long have you been slepping?
b-How have you had your meals?
c-What is the last time you stopped to doing some kind of pleasure?
d-How are your family relationships and friendships?
