But some vegetarians don´t take care of their health.Before anything people must see a health professional,because some people eat wrongly form and end up sick.
The meat is very important for the development of a human being.When you become you need supplements that don´t lose certain vitamins and takes sun for fifteen minutes per day.

Being a  vegeterian isn´t easy,however you became healthier and fight for puporse important for animals.Eg:People kill the animals to make many fur coats,endangered animals and various other causes.
Vegetarians are warriors.I am proud of all of them.So: keep fighting for this great cause.
