Exercise, that's it! Yes, exercise is very important for our health, physical and mental life, everyone can and should do it. For each age it has a benefit, like:
-children: when you are a child, playing a sport help you avoiding some diseases like pneumonia. It's also recommended to meet new friends, spend your energy and develop discipline, motor skills, and strategic thinking.
-teenager: adolescence is a hard time in which our body goes through a phase of rapid changes, then exercising help us to develop better, healthful, and have a good body image. If you exercise when you are young, will be more likely to continue the practice into adulthood.
-adult: when you become an adult you start doing many things at the same time, and it means that you feel stress, maybe depressed and sometimes alone. Exercising is a way to disconnect ourselves from the stressful routine. Meet new friends (maybe a boyfriend/girlfriend), helps to maintain a beautiful body.
-elder: when you are elder you tend to have more muscular problems and diseases, mental and physical, and it becomes necessary to use medicines. One of the bests "natural" medicines is the exercise. Yes! Exercise cuts diabetes risk, lowers blood pressure, protects against Alzheimer's disease, and moreover the person has contact with other people.
However, how can you exercise if you have a busy life and also don't have money to pay a gym or a club?

- Use stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
- Walk more, and use less the car.
- Start a hobby like gardening that makes you move
-Turn off the TV and play with the children
-Dance! You can dance alone or invite some friend to your house.
- Join groups in your neighboor that are active, like mall walkers or cyclists
-Take your dog for a walk
Start this actions and you will realize the benefits of the exercise.
Dears, remember: before starting an exercise program, consult a physician.
